Many accelerator programs will provide founders with up-front capital in exchange for equity in their business. We prefer to let our founders find their way first without that kind of pressure.
A selection of teams in each cohort will be offered a scholarship, (selected at Runway’s discretion) where they can choose to Pay-it-Forward, or Pay up front.

Runway recognises that not everyone has the capital required to establish or grow their business.
The Runway Pay-it-Forward model allows founders to complete the Runway Accelerator Program at no upfront cost, with the agreement that at a future date, founders will share their financial success back to Runway. This in turn will support other founders in the Runway program.
Pay up front
The pay-as-you-go option, ($6000 ex GST) offers a significant discount for the true costs, but enables the startup to pay a fixed up-front cost for the program, with nothing more to pay, and no equity exchange. This payment can be made in monthly instalments or a lump sum.
