Ainslee Hooper – Accessability Business Consulting
Ainslee started Accessability Business Consulting to help improve the consumer experience of people with disabilities for both the benefit of businesses and the 20% of Australians living with a disability. With Ainslee’s lived experience of disability and her experience as an Anthropologist, Ainslee views accessibility as something that is holistic, not just physical. It is with this combined knowledge and experience, Ainslee draws on consumer insights and provides recommendations and other tailored services to ensure businesses can provide a holistically accessible experience to consumers living with a disability.

Carlee Baxter – WorkSafe
Carlee Baxter is the Customer Experience lead at WorkSafe and is passionate about creating exceptional customer outcomes, and has a strong belief that the public sector should meet social needs with compassion and empathy. WorkSafe is undertaking a 5 year digital transformation program – with the clear objective of becoming a data driven, customer centric organisation focused on prevention. Carlee leads the centre of excellence that is operationalising the CX strategy, and her mission is to deliver an experience for all Victorians to support all workers in the Victorian community on their health and safety journey. Carlee is currently undertaking a Masters of Leadership, and has previously worked in the insurance, retail, utility and health sectors.
Beverley McArthur MP – Member for Western Victoria Region
Bev was born and bred in the Western Victoria Region, and in November 2018 she was elected to represent the area in the Legislative Council of the Victorian Parliament. Born in Terang, she has lived on the McArthur family beef farm near Camperdown for the past 35 years with her husband Stewart, the Federal Member for Corangamite from 1984-2007. Bev has been a dedicated, loyal member of the Liberal Party for 45 years. She has served the Party at all levels, from Branch Secretary to Country Vice President. Over this time, Bev has championed the value of small government, individual liberty with responsibility and reward for effort. In parliament, Bev has been proud to advocate the interests of country Victoria.
The masterclass will break for lunch from 12 – 1 pm, and again for afternoon tea from 3 – 3:30 pm – so you’ll have time to enjoy some networking whilst nibbling. Catering will be provided.
