Get READY, Get SET, GROW
Runway’s Get READY, Get SET, GROW (RSG) program series is designed to be delivered in three stages. Each stage builds on the outcomes of the previous stage to accelerate the innovation process and progress new opportunities for creating business resilience – whether it is in growth, stability or a shift in thinking.

Runway’s Get READY, Get SET, GROW (RSG) program series is designed for existing businesses who need assistance with getting to the heart of customer problems and exploring opportunities to address those problems. Ideally suited to businesses who have been operational for two years or less.
Uptake to this program series can be via four streams:
- As an organisation wanting to offer this program to their staff
- As an industry body wanting to offer this program to their clients/members
- As a council offering it to their business community
- As an individual looking to participate with other like-minded business owners
Get READY
Get READY evaluates the gap between your business and the external environment to link any challenges identified through the eyes of your customers
- Shared and focused learning within a small community of practice
- A facilitated space and time to think and reflect on your business
- An internal and external analysis of your business using tried and tested tools and frameworks
- Clarity on challenges and opportunities
- Clarity on the potential impacts of these challenges and opportunities to customers
- Preliminary thinking on how to address the challenges
We offer two pricing models:
- For our B2B customer (streams 1, 2, and 3 above), the fee is $15,000 per cohort of up to 15 participants
- For our B2C customer (stream 4), the fee is $1500
As agreed with client or offered as per schedule.
Nationally
- Self-led and accessible online learning content provided in our online learning platform
- 5 x 2hour live video group sessions delivered over two to three weeks
- Groups of no more than 10 participants
Get SET
Participants must complete Get READY in order to express interest for Get SET.
Get SET takes the outcomes from Get READY to further develop an idea from a customer perspective and begin to map out a minimal viable product concept.
- A deep dive on customer personas and journey mapping to identify a pathway for a prototype, or what we like to refer to as a Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
- A framework for the development and testing of a MVP that can be re-used
- A consolidated view from problem through to MVP
We offer two pricing models:
- For our B2B customer (streams 1, 2, and 3 above), the fee is $10,000 per cohort of up to 10 participants
- For our B2C customer (stream 4), the fee is $1000
As agreed with client or offered as per schedule.
Nationally
- Self-led and accessible online learning content provided in our online learning platform
- 3 x 2hour live video group sessions delivered over one to two weeks
- Groups of no more than 10 participants
GROW
Participants must complete Get READY and Get SET in order to express interests for GROW.
Develops the execution plans to deliver the concept from Get SET.
- A refinement or development of a business strategy and model
- A refinement or development of a plan
- A set of objectives and key results to assist in execution
We offer two pricing models:
- For our B2B customer (streams 1, 2, and 3 above), the fee is $20,000 per cohort of up to 6 participants
- For our B2C customer (stream 4), the fee is $3500

Nationally
- Self-led and accessible online learning content provided in our online learning platform
- 8 x 1hour live video group sessions delivered over eight weeks
- 8 x 1 hour one-on-one coaching sessions delivered over eight weeks
- Groups of no more than 6 participants
